About Us
Our Work
Teach well was established to provide support for teacers and school leaders to improve outcomes for the students in their classrooms and schools. We believe in an Australia where every child reaches their full potential through excellent teaching in every classoom, every year of their schooling.

Teach Well’s work has been acknowledged with national and international recognition, including as one of 12 recipients in Australia of the 2021 Westpac Social Change Fellowship and as one of 32 recipients internationally of the 2023 Cartier’s Women Initiative Award.

Teach Well is a certified social enterprise as recognised by Australia’s social enterprise certification body, Social Traders, and the WA Social Enterprise Council.

Teach Well is committed to building a sustainable organisation, from the impact our programs deliver to our carbon footprint. Since the start of Teach Well in 2019, we have annually offset our emissions by supporting sustainable development projects with Gold Standard.

Teach Well is a proud supporter of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, an organisation committed to empowering Indigenous communities by improving access to books, literacy resources, and educational opportunities.

Teach Well supports Room to Read, an organisation committed to transforming lives by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education for children in low-income communities.

We are proud to partner with the Grattan Institute, supporting their commitment to rigorous research and evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful improvements in education and public policy.

We partner with the Catholic Education South Australia Network, supporting their mission to deliver quality education and create a thriving learning environment for their students.
