1. How does high-impact instruction align to/address the goals of your Strategic Plan? Is the Masterclass, or high impact-instruction, included as a priority or focus?
2. What positive changes have you observed in the classrooms of Teach Well participants to date? What have you noticed from your alumni? What does your school hope to achieve by participating in the Masterclass Series? (Observations might relate to students, teachers or other general impressions.)
3. What support do you provide for Teach Well participants back at school following their completion of the Masterclass? Why do you/they find this valuable? How have you funded this support?
4. What activities do Teach Well participants lead for other staff back at school that support the development of the broader staff?
5. How do you plan to further develop and build effective teaching in your school? What mechanisms are you including to support this (e.g. shared lesson planning time, observation, coaching, Teach Well participation, etc.)?
