Our Instructional Coaching Series supports teachers and school leaders with a coaching role or responsibilities to strengthen their practice. Using the Teach Well Coaching Model as a guide, educators will transform their coaching practice and ultimately, drive improvements in teaching and student outcomes.

Instructional Coaching Series participants will:

Develop practical coaching skills through structured practice and feedback

Analyse classroom practice through video to strengthen feedback and decision-making

Access high-quality resources, including a complimentary copy of Teach Well’s Instruction and Coaching Companion

Engage with research-informed coaching models, including the Teach Well Coaching Cycle

Build capacity to support high-impact instruction aligned with the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model

Cost

$900 + GST per successful applicant. For schools sending a minimum of 4 participants, a fifth participant can be included at no additional cost.
