DUE DATE: Thursday 14 September (Term 3, Week 9)
Administer the post-course student feedback survey and take the post-course self-reflection teacher survey.
The student survey is a key tool to help you understand the impact of the HITP in Action Series on your students and your classrooms – this is an opportunity for you to see what may have changed in your classroom since the beginning of the course.
Student ID numbers
Please locate the ID numbers you allocated to your students before you had them take the baseline survey after Practical Session 1. It is important your students use the same ID numbers from that pre-course survey, as this will enable us to match students’ pre and post-course survey data, while keeping their inputs completely anonymous.

If you are a secondary teacher and you administered the baseline student survey to two classes, you will have to take the teacher survey twice – one time for each class.
Once we reach the deadline, we will collect all data, merge it and generate a report similar to the below. This will look different to the report you received earlier in the course as we have added a few questions around change in behaviour amongst students, and change in teaching practice.
The student survey will take your class approximately 15-25 minutes and the teacher self-reflection survey will take around 10 minutes.
Information sheets
If you have any questions or would like some advice on how to go about administering the survey to your students, please download the appropriate ‘cheat sheet’ below. Should you read this through and still have any questions for us, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions. We look forward to sharing your report(s) with you.
