Meet with each of your teachers and discuss how things have been going. Ask them about the changes they’ve made to their practice and the successes they’ve had to date. With them, reflect on the distance they have come and the early indicators they are seeing that the changes are making a difference for (one or more of) their students. Write their story of success in the template below. With permission from individual teachers, you may like to share these with current and future Masterclass participants.

Now is also the time to support the Masterclass participants at your school in the process of reviewing the data they collected as a student baseline and comparing that to the post-course assessment they decided upon before commencing the course.

Once completed, they need to prepare and submit a short summary.
