Support teaching stream participants to complete the Lesson Delivery Film Cycle and Self-reflection.

1. Review the Supporting HII in Lessons poster. This poster, in line with the High-Impact Lesson Componentry poster, is designed to help leaders to support teachers with delivering lesson strategies and to guide conversations to reflect upon and refine their lesson design and delivery (where teachers will use full participation tactics, explicit teacher guidance and checks for understanding).
2. In the Teach Well Video Library, review some example videos of high-impact lesson strategies. These examples of teachers using these strategies for the first time have been generously shared by past Masterclass participants.
3. Support your teachers to complete the Lesson Delivery film footage (5-10 minutes) and self-reflection. Teachers may need assistance with filming the footage.

If you are not working alongside participants in the teaching stream, take the opportunity to share and discuss the High-Impact Lesson Componentry poster with a colleague, which may align with the plan you set out in your Leader Planning Template (Task 2.1).
