Please download and complete the planning template to prepare for your call. You will not be required to submit a copy of this planning template, however, we strongly encourage you to complete it as preparation for the call as we will be discussing your responses to the template questions.

2. Attend scheduled leaders call

A calendar invite will be sent to your email address. The call will conducted via Zoom. An agenda with the Zoom link will be sent to your email address.
