For this task, you are going to practise applying the Full Participation Tactics with some sample content. This activity will take 15 mins.

1. Select a ‘task card’ from your printouts. You do not need to select content from your own learning area – you can choose any card that you want to work with. You will only use the front of the card for this task.
2. Plan how you will deliver the information to achieve full participation, using the Participation Tactics. You may annotate the task card as you work through this. (3-5 mins)
3. Deliver the content in groups of 3 or 4 people. You will be the teacher, your colleagues will act as students in your mock classroom. Deliver the content as you would in a lesson (i.e. really ‘teach’, don’t just explain what you would do). Take turns ensuring each person has a turn to present/teach. Each task card will take less than 2 mins to deliver. (8 mins total)
