The Instructional Lead Fellowship is a 3-day program for Masterclass alumni and school leaders (Principal and/or Deputy/Associate Principal), who as a team, seek to build their capacity to embed and sustain high-impact instruction, and establish/refine instructional coaching in their school.

Working from a robust research base, the program will have your school team enhancing their skills in designing impactful professional learning for staff, building an effective coaching framework and strengthening guaranteed and viable curriculum to enhance student learning.

Instructional Lead Fellowship participants will:

Build their instructional coaching capacity, including through video moderation.

Select a suite of resources for use in coaching and PL at school.

Identify opportunities to strengthen the creation and embedding of low-variance curriculum.

Develop and implement a simple targeted action plan to drive success back at school.

Apply the latest evidence in leading effective professional development in schools.

Review case studies of high-performing schools and identify elements to sustain high-impact instruction.

Create a network of experienced alumni across high-performing schools.
